Do you initiate the texting conversation first?
I start texting them first. > 50%  37%  [ 7 ]
It's half and half. 50/50  47%  [ 9 ]
The girls text me first. > 50%  5%  [ 1 ]
I don't have any girls to text.  5%  [ 1 ]
The only time they don't text me first is when they are alpha females.  5%  [ 1 ]

what I want to know is if guys that are really really good with ladies initiate texting conversations first or do the girls?

It's pretty much half and half, I'd say. I always exchange numbers with a girl rather than just getting hers, so after we do that a lot of the time they actually text first. If I wanna text a girl I'll text her... I don't go along with this "wait 3 days" mind game bullshit. If we're getting to know each other then I only really text or call if I wanna arrange something, but yeah they have a habit of texting to start pointless conversations. Actually I should have voted differently now that I think about it, lol.

after the initial text how often do you guys text them at the begining stages? I suggested to jsmooth texting them a shitload then all of a sudden stopping. what do you guys think?
