the rules of the game-style life challenge? If so please do tell

I started it and got to day 10 then got 2 dates and a fuck buddy. It works but shouldn't be the be all and end all of your game. After day 10 things started shaping up a little too MM for my liking.
(I know its a MM book but it seemed a tad do X and Y and get Z etc)
