One of the books I came across is: Get Anyone to Do Anything: Never Feel Powerless Again--With Psychological Secrets to Control and Influence Every Situation by David J. Lieberman.
Now this book may not be the most interesting read but it has definitely helped me out. It is somewhat simple in some ideas but there are some really good sections in it. One being convincing people to do something
These subjects in the book would be more helpful after you built comfort. Anyways I wanted to recommend the book and hopefully it can help someone. _________________ Get Some

I guess it'd be good for any non-psych major.

Even if you do know it, hearing it a different way can spark some new ways of looking at it. I wasn't impressed by the book either.. but it does have some ways that "non-psych" people may have. I'm not going to say I'm above any material that may help me or someone else. If it helps it helps. Don't make posts trying to make yourself Alpha man. We're all in it for the same reasons. _________________ Get Some

Hopefully after this semester is over I'll find some time in between work to get to it. But it definitely looks like a book I would be interested in.
By the way, tell me what you guys think of the other books I bought and if you would recommend them...
Atlas Shrugged
Think and Grow Rich
How to Win Friends and Influence People
Influence: The Psychology of Persuassion
