Hey what's up guys? I didn't feel like posting two different posts at the same time so ill just ask both questions here. This is about my girlfriend and I.

Is it just me or is it normally to find it difficult to get good/quality sleep when sleeping with a girl? I always find myself touching her, cuddling, etc. Even if i turn the other way and not touch her, i don't feel any improvement in quality. Any reason you guys may think why this is or how to fix it? We've been sleeping in the same bed for like 3 weeks now...i thought i'd get used to it.

Second question. I have a hard time maintaining a hard on during sex. All i'm thinking about really is "stay hard, stay hard" and try keeping my kegal muscles flexed. But even if i pop out once or we change position, she has to go down to blow me to get me back up. Honestly it's fine if she blows me, but i want to have the ability to be rock hard at all times. I usually bust 2-3 times a day, mainly through blowjobs...but i thought doing shit with a girl is supposed to increase your testosterone levels so you can always be up and ready. Any tips please?

Yea, I am a crap sleeper and when I have a girl spending the night in my bed it makes it way worse. The dorm beds are already too fucking small, but with another person I have no room to spread out like I usually do when I sleep

It's all in your head. Just enjoy the moment and maybe try to concentrate on how much she is enjoying you pounding her with your cock. Also go a bit easier on the liquor.

If you're getting a nut 2-3 times a day and not taking any kind of supplementation, you are probably suffering a zinc deficiency and that's what's affecting your performance (you can lose up to 75% daily value of zinc in one nut alone). To put the tiger back in your wood, pick up some zinc pills from wal-mart for about $5 or take the bodybuilding supplement ZMA, which is zinc and magnesium you take before bed, and is around $11. When I took ZMA it made me sleep considerably better so that might help abate your other problem too.

if you think to yourself - stay hard stay hard stay hard during sex then guess what???? your not going to stay hard because your mind isnt thinking about sex. its thinking about keeping your cock hard - which it may for a bit - but an erection comes from sexual feelings or thoughts. really get involved in the sex and concentrate in making her scream.
