“He’s Just Not That Into You” will be released much to the delight of HBs out there and I was messing about on the net last night when I came across the movie trailer. Day 2 movie? My Ass. DVD rental? Maybe if I want to f-close. Yes, somebody wrote a book that’s become a bit of a Bible for HBs. Chick-lit’s been all the rage for a decent while now but to have a GUY write chick-lit took the cake.

If you don’t think this movie’s effect on society will help you become a better PUA, it’d be interesting to know why not.

Want to explain the premise of the movie for some of the readers of this thread? Is it one of those bullshit "women empowerment" movies where its supposed to make them feel all good inside because a man will accept their personality instead of their looks?

I don't know the basis of the movie but I have read the book. I read it about 3 years ago and it really opened up my eyes on the situation! Honestly, girls talking to their girl friends about guy problems is the worst thing they can do! Because their girl friends will be like...oh well maybe he is just busy, or maybe he lost your number blah blah blah. Girls will tell their friends what they want to hear, not the truth...."he's just not that into you!" That is why he hasn't called you in over a week...that is why he only calls you last minute to hang out (when his other plans fall through--you are his plan B)....girls have always been confused by guys and this book offers real answers!

Now it isnt true in all cases...there are some excpetions, and I don't think it is characteristic pf pua's as much bc pua's are a different breed!
