im 23, living in a foreign country, and i look young. most of the people i hang out with are closer to 30. i get the "i'm too old for you" or "you're too young for me" all the time. anyone got some good responses?

I would convert and apply some of the boyfriend destroyer concepts (a good post on boyfriend destroyers can be found in the "routines" section). She really just wants to be reassured that you aren't just some punk kid.

Sorry man, can't help you there. It's the other way around for me. I'm the 30 year old guy. All I can say is glasses, facial hair, and a mature attitude make a guy seem a lot older. And for me personally, I wouldn't feel guilty lying a smidge about my age. But that's me. Sorry, wish I had better advice.

I have the same problem.

For me, I don't think anything I say to an older girl will show that I am mature; with the exception of, "Girls my age are so immature."

I find that the best way to combat, "I'm too old for you," is to just ignore it and continue as if she didn't even say it. Also, strong body language can demonstrate maturity.

I also like to call her a "cradle-robber" after I hook with her.

dude if anyone says ur to old of them be like i beat im way more fun than any of ur younger friends, and if she says ur to young, be like guarantee im more mature than any of ur friends.... and than carry it from there.... she says to old be more fun make ur conv of spsrots adn stuff but if she says to young after the mature thing, keep the conv a bit more formal and make the conv rly rly interesting not that funny.

hmm... I dont use a whole lot of hard negs to respond to that. You are hitting on an older woman. Hard negging (especially if done poorly) just makes you look like a smart-ass, which is pretty stereotypical for "too young."

Be more subtle..

Her: Sorry, I think I am too old for you..
Me: Well, I don't pay too much attention to age. You seemed smart and sexy, it seemed like fun... (now she wants to prove to you that she still is smart and sexy and fun)

Her: Sorry, but you are just too young for me..
Me: Are you afraid of having some fun?/Ha yeah I know you must be like a hundred years old! Its ok, I'm an old soul, you can see it in my eyes.

I've been scoring older women since I was 16 (kind of a hobby, always loved a sexy milf, plus it was more challenging) and the key is to break down the age barrier.. You need to come off as mature for your age, she needs to feel like its ok to get in touch with her youth again. Got to be real subtle there tho, make her feel like grandma, and you've overdone it.

If they play the old card, make fun of it, but in an obviously teasing and totally sarcastic way. Be nice, your jokes/negs should make the point that she isn't really as old as she says/feels. I will say things like "yeah it must be real hard to get out of bed in the morning" or "come on, you can show me how they danced back in the thirties" and when she responds with the mandatory gasp/shock, you can just laugh and flirt and give her a compliment or two.

If you take control over her she wont question her age. Ellict values, make her feel in a way where she thinks you understand her world and have the power to take control over it. If you show you can handle her even though you are younger the age barrier will just dissolve. If you show you know what her world is like and can take control of it, if she still has resistance to you based on your age then i guess it comes down to social conditioning
