| The solution to all your problems lies within your father.
I send condolences to those who have never had a father figure or a mother figure throughout their lives to support them through childhood into adulthood.
However, I'm sure most of us have had a good father figure to look up to.
I want you to study him very carefully and compare and contrast you two.
What does he have that you don't and what do you have that he doesn't?
All the alpha male characteristics, the attraction switches, and the list 'how to be a cool guy' all lie within your father.
He LEADS his family through life.
He PROTECTS his wife and children.
He SURVIVES in the world by earning a living.
He JOKES to his children and his wife.
Now, we've known our fathers for the longest time ever.
So instead of mimicking Tom Cruise, Denzel Washington, Brad Pitt, whoever..
Mimicking our fathers would SOO much easier for our minds wouldn't it?
More than that, we can also be BETTER than our fathers by adding their knowledge and personality AND our knowledge and personality.

EX: "I'm too shy around girls. I can't talk to my boss that well. I just feel sick inside."
What would your father have done?
"Well.. He probably would have manned up, with that confident face of his, and confronted his boss. He probably would've approached that lady and marry her 6 months later.
- Problem Solving Improval
EX: "Some girl promised me she would meet me at the movies on Friday. She never called or showed!! It turned out she was having sex with another guy that night. What the hell did I do wrong?!!"
What would your father have done?
"Probably stop whining, go out for a drink, and taken another girl home tonight."
- Lifestyle Improval
EX: "I have the most unhealthy eating habit, my friends still jack off to porn, and I'm not getting laid."
What would your father have done?
"Get over it, meet new people, make new and better friends, and improve himself."

All in all, I personally think that constantly asking myself "What would have pops done in this situation" will eventually make me the person I've looked up to for my entire life and it will bring me one step closer to becoming a better person.
