I posted this as a reply to another post on 'newbie questions' but I don't think it got it's fair run.

Here are some games I've played with my friends, with mixed results, (I've ended up seeing some girls after playing these games in set). These are best done in places you don't regularly visit or where you won't be recognized.

Occupational Deathmatch.

You start a conversation with a set, and after a few minutes you introduce your friend/wing as a odd/disturbing professional. The introduction is not known to your wing and he must go along with what ever you say.

PUA: hey guys, this is Roger, he writes fortune cookies/ he's a carney/ he digs graves/ he inspects dice at casino's all across the world etc.
HB: wow
Wing: It's true {go into story}




The Random Comment Challenge

Set your wing a comment that he must use within the first 30 seconds of any interaction in set. After delivering the line he may get out of it any way he wishes.

Wing: [opinion opener/other opener] I get turned on by feet
HB: What?
Wing: oh it was a dare/ I said I like eating meat/ I really do get turned on by feet problem?



Biggest Blowout

Enter set with a strange opener, the worst reaction through out the course of the night gets $5 from every other player.

PUA: I once won a cheese eating competition and threw up until I bled!
PUA: I like drunk sex because I last longer
PUA: How you doin'?... la-dies Wink

I used to play these kinds of games when I lived down south. It really gets rid of your AA in the first one or two sets of the night. I'll try to remember some of the games we played...

"Worst dressed"

When you open, you have to open with something along the lines of "I had to come and talk to you because that has got to be the worst fashion sense I have ever seen" it was surprising how well recepted this was, but I wouldn't try it unless you really wanted to crash and burn, because when you do, you do it in a big way.

An escalation of this is that once you have said it, and you're still in the set, your wing man comes in and says it again.

"Who the hell are you?"

You open a set like normal, and your wing comes over, and you have to completely not recognise each other. As if you both decided to talk to the same girls and it's a coincidence. The trick with this is that you eventually get along really well and the rest of the set assumes that you are both pretty cool. It's not a very successful game, but great if you are trying to crash and burn.

another is just to open every set and intentionally crash and burn. But spectacularly.

Again, don't do these if you actually want to pick up.

I can say this is great fun, especially the blow out game. Friends ususally use this game on the 2nd or 3rd set to get in a good mood. Blow it, on purpose as spectacularly as you can! It smashes AA because you know it cant go any worse than that set.

Act really drunk as you open a set. Like tripping over yourself, slurring words, maybe leaning on someone. Also act really jovial and all that. Girls will think you're weird as shit but they're usually willing talk haha and it gets you over AA.

Sometimes I think when you go sarging with wings (which in a bar is way better than sarging alone), you should crash and burn the first few sets you meet (not necessarily the most attractive ones), this is a FAST way to kill AA

1. subsequent sets will have no idea you were rejected
2. you build social proof around the club
3. you build confidence to try random openers at will.

I like to think of must high-energy bar or club sarges as "YOU'RE ARE SHOCK!" that is, be shocking and prepare to be shocked yourself, and in fact get an adrenaline rush from it. This way you SMASH fear and AA within five minutes.

These are really good. Back in the day my wing and I took a lot of the competitions from the pickup show, Keys to the VIP (found on YouTube) and used to have a blast.

To this day I don't know if we were having more fun meeting women or doing the stupid competitions.

Our favorite game was sabotage. Basically one of us would enter a set, the other would come in and say something real fucked up and it was up to the one who opened the set to recover.
