My summer semester starts tomorrow, and I'll be going all day, four days a week, for 8 weeks. I'm gonna take this as an opportunity to get great at day game, the little AA I have, and building better body language for myself. I'm gonna work on one thing at a time, master it, and then work at another.

Body language is first, I'm gonna spend a week or two on it. I picked up a book on it, it's fairly small and it's divided into sections for different types of body language. There's a section on body language and sexual attraction near the end, looking forward to that.

Then I'm gonna work on AA, and use my body language skills to give me an edge. I'll try several different reasons for approach, some for game, others just for approach. I might take someone's idea I saw on here, I might survey them on relationship questions or something like that. Then I'll move to # closing. Then who knows? This'll be a few weeks.

Then I'm not sure, I might use the last few weeks for k-closes or something.

Basically, I need help making a more definite plan, more set time frames, more set material. Maybe some people joining me in this 8-week quest, we can motivate each other.

This sounds great and is definitely a real opportunity to improve on inner game. What is the name of this body language book? It sounds like a good read.

I have an added idea for myself/whoever wants to join me.

I'm going to read through Rules of the Game. The Stylelife challenge is supposed to take 30 days. I have 32 days. I'll incorporate all that info!

EJ, also I would say watch movies. In book "The Game" all Style did was watch a bunch of movies with cocky guys to watch how they used body language to their advantage. The best body language is in Fight Club, you can even see the transformation of Ed Nortons character from AFC to PUA

Fight Club is the shit. I can watch it in my head!

I have a pretty good idea of how to have that alpha-male frame. I just gotta let it all hang out, ya know?

I really like the whole making decisions thing. I used to be the guy to ask "what do you want to do?" I changed that up a few nights ago, and it felt really good :D

If you're looking for a definite plan, you might consider doing the Stylelife Challenge. It is quite tightly structured.

Sweet dude. I think I mentioned it in one of the other posts, but I was planning on incorporating that with my body language training and whatnot.

But thanks for the validation :)

Yesterday was day one of "the plan", but I kinda tied it in with today.

I'm on day one of the Stylelife Challenge, and I've been making small talk with girls, guys, whoever. Doing pretty well there.

As for my body language work, I was working on EC a LOT today.

Girls looked at me, and I didn't change my gaze til they looked away. I think I must've had three or four girls submit :) And I was smiling a lot more than usual today, cause I can already tell a difference.

Sweet stuff ThatKidej! I'm actually doing something very similar, except that I study/practice one element of my game until I get it right, and then move on. I don't really have a structured plan though.

I was surfing the channels the other night and James Bond was on. I realized something: the man is nothing but (1)confidence and (2)body language.
I've been working on my 'James Bond body language' ever since and girls are checking me out *much* more! The next step for me is to act (and talk) with 100% conviction. Like karatekas (ppl who do karate), you can't break a brick in half if you don't strike with conviction. It's 100% or *nothing*!
In the words of Yoda (and Zen Buddhism): Do, or do not. There is no "try".
I digress.

What exactly is the layout of your plan? I also have the 30 Day Challenge, so I'd like to follow your story. Maybe I'll join in too! ;)

My plan is to follow the Stylelife Challenge for a month, and perfect my body language as a secondary goal. I'm working on one aspect of body language at a time, right now is most important [eye contact].

I like the 007 idea, Bond is the shit!

Bond is my inspiration for PUA (if you can't already tell by the avi). But yeah you've got a really great plan going here and I think that can be very helpful as both a motivator and a point of focus.

Just don't fall into the trap of "there's always tomorrow" when it comes to trying out certain techniques or ignoring approaches you could have made. That attitude can be deadly, because tomorrow might never come and it could end up being a one way ticket to AFC land.

Above all keep up the good work and keep a positive attitude!

Thanks for the good words!

Yeah, I'm not a "there's always tomorrow" type person, I'm more of an "I can get more done tomorrow if I finish this today" type.

Anyways, I'm not sticking to Stylelife one day at a time, I'm kinda moving at my own pace. I've been working on eye contact, and coincidentally that's what day two of Stylelife calls for.

This alway pisses me off.

Don't go at your own pace dude. If a world-class weightlifting coach gave you a program, would you tinker with it and try to make it better? Rigid programs are built in a very specific way for a very specific reason, and unless you have a very good idea of how they work, you shouldn't fool with it.

Do exactly what they Stylelife Challenge prescribes at the exact pace that it is prescribed.

If I'm comfortable enough to go on, I should be able to go on. I'm not skipping days, and I've only done it ONE day. I looked at day two, it happened to be making small talk with more eye contact, but I've been holding eye contact since day one.

If I screw it up, it's my problem. But I won't screw it up, I already notice a major difference in how I act.
