After some field testing and study I have managed to see something that might be a problem for the PUA Community or at least for me

I went to some clubs for a very specific group of people (goths) and they are known for being places where there is no big deal about picking up girls and things happen smoothly. Almost no work..

I started some routines on a couple of girls and they were totally blown out without reaction. I know this is not my fault.. I have worked many sets without problems.

I believe that Pick Up Arts are just TOO MUCH for some chicks. I percieve it as a nuclear bomb to kill ants =)

Here is it: DO YOU THINK we should play a light version of our game with some kinds of chicks? (due to their possible reaction towards the guy that is not interested but still he is talking to them on a place that NO ONE does that)

Don't get me wrong here!! This happens in every club, but there are some SPECIFIC ones where chicks just won't understand what's going on.

i love gothic chicks...problem for the reason taht you dont have to be some "alpha"/loud person. If you're intellectual most goths will be puddy in your hands.

Sorry, but that IS your problem!

YOU are responsible for calibrating your approach to your target. If you think that certain people are just not able to be picked up by a PUA, then you're not a PUA, you're a social robot that is just regurgitating material that has been tailored to a specific group.

A TRUE PUA has the ability to tailor what he says and does in order to have the desired impact. You're running game on someone that isn't high energy, perhaps a quiet petite kindergarden teacher? Tone it down and be a little more serious, but don't forget to be a little cute, because she likes that sort of thing in people. Running game on a goth chick? Be a little more hardcore, live life like everyday could be your last, but keep the energy down, because they're often much more low energy and quite often depressed. Rocker chick? Crank that energy up and show her you can party just as hard or harder than her, that she doesn't intimidate you, that you're gonna open her up to a truly wild side of life.

Calibration is everything and you can run the same routines against all sorts of types of people, in all sorts of types of situations. Personally, I never run routines, so I don't have that issue too much, but I do end up coming off too high energy sometimes, or maybe I'm having an off day and having trouble getting my energy up high enough. That's MY FAULT. Never theirs. I ALWAYS have the power to make an interaction go the way I want, it's just a matter of putting in the effort to figure it out and make it go that way, kinda like a puzzle.[/b]
