Give us a bit more detail about your relationship, how long it's been going on... who is she anyway? An example of a few things she's doing would be a great help aswell. Was she always like this or has it just started recently?

alright cheers man, well she my girlfriend and it prob been goin ob for 5 months or so but it hasnt really bothered me, like gary brodski says its a good thing when they are possesive but it just gettin to much lately, so need to cool it down a bit she always lookin at my phone she doesnt like me goin out she always asks how i know certain girls, so basically she tryin to pussy wip me but im resisting but i need her to cool down any tips

Lock your phone for starters. Sit her down and tell her that she doesn't need to know every aspect of your life. Just tell her what's on your mind about the situation. I know PU insticts would suggest you to do some sort of game or ploy, but communications still works effectively on girlfriends.

If you havent given her a valid reason to distrust you...

Simply say to her you need to talk, sit her down and explain things to her.

Tell her you guys have been going out for a while right?
You know i care about you right?
Then ask her if youve done anything that would make her distrust you?
Then tell her that even people who are married need to have some space, they dont want to know everthing about the other person. Tell her that you havent betrayed her trust, you trust her (you cant have a double standard), and that sometimes you are gonna go out without her. You may even talk with other people...and if she trusts you she will not bother you about it and will give you the space you need to be your own person.

I had a girlfriend, and we both lived in the same residence at school, and i'd go shower, and i forgot shampoo once and went back to my room, and she was going through my phone while she thought id be showering lol
