Last night I was with a couple of friends on our way down to a bar, when they stopped to talk to a girl they knew. I didn't even think of trying to run game on her because a) I was a little drunk and high and b) she wasn't all that attractive - the sort that normally I'd run game on if I was at a party with just so that I was talking to everyone well, but I wouldn't let it develop.

However, listening to them talk two things struck me about her; she is a stripper and she has read The Game by Neil Strauss. She's the first girl I have spoken to who has read any pick-up books, and I was thinking about this when I arrived home this morning.

I've decided to challenge myself; using only concepts from The Game, and none from other pick-up books, I am going to see if I can game her and, more specifically, if she calls me out on any of the techniques. I'm also going to remind her that I too have read the book before I start.

My intention is to demonstrate to myself (and others - I will post updates) how little logic matters to women - even when they know what you are doing it can still work.

Interesting challenge. Hope you're skilled with those techniques.

I tell women what I do all the time, but I run natural game, with few if any routines and only when they are completely congruent with what I would have said anyways.

Why do you need to demonstrate it to yourself?

We know that logic often is meaningless to women - and you know that by direct observation and by second hand knowledge from people you probably respect.


Why waste your time with this? Why not just talk to her, naturally, develop commonalities, attraction, and go from there?


I mean - do what you want, but I myself don't find it to be very productive to go out and do "experiments", especially when countless of other people have already done these things, and done them significantly better than I could hope to do.

I don't NEED to demonstrate it to myself, because I know it's true, but a practical demonstration always helps to reinforce knowledge.

And while most women I talk to do know that I practice pick up on a regular basis, they aren't familiar with the techniques and methodology involved. Well, they are, obviously, what with both me using some of them on them and the fact that they are girls, but you understand what I mean, I'm sure.

Girls dont use logic? Girls know when you approach them at a bar that you are interested. You just present it in a way that is different and interesting. Usually its the "hey babe you look good tonight. Let me buy you a drink"

It seems like what "The Game" teaches is really to get your foot in the door and to get past the initial meeting and 1st date. Its not like you are tricking them.

I just don't know what this is going to accomplish...
