A few years ago, I met this guy who worked in my same complex while I was delivering chinese food then putting myself through college. This guy was in his mid thirties with nothing really going for him. He was socially awkward, didn't really know how to talk to people and even made them feel weird when he they interacted with him.

He would often interact with the chinese food restaurant and soon he had an enormous crush on the niece of the owner. In a miraculous chance of fate she started dating him.

They dated for a few months, with him being absolutely obsessed and her passively going along with things. Soon she became his whole life, however her heart wasn't there. She would soon leave to California leaving the liquor store man absolutely in shambles and wondering how to continue with his life. He couldn't even possibly think about other women in his life because she was the only one, but if he did he might wonder how the hell he would ever get another women like this again.

And then I think about my story, I was younger and the girl I wanted most rejected me. It was one of the best things that ever happened to me in my life. It forced me to get better and learn how to talk to women. It helped me push through to gain the confidence to go out and be able to put new women in my life all the time.

Which is why I reach out to you all. Lately I have been seeing posts and posts on this one girl. How do I get her? How do I get over her? And this isn't a forum for getting one girl, but rather being able to be that man who can get that one girl or other girls. For that man at the liquor store, he has a choice. He may not know it, but he could pine over that one girl or he could realize that there are plenty of other women out there and he can be the type of guy who can bring new women in his life. Likely he will obsess over this one, but the opportunity for more is there for all of us. Not all of us want it, but it is there!

And it comes down to the life you want to live. You can go to a pick up forum and learn how to pick up one girl. You might even do well with that one girl, but it really isn't about that girl. It is about you and the man that you become.
