I wanted to write this letter/article to juxtapose the PUA culture in general, I've been thinking a lot about this and so wanted to finally "put it out there"...
The Good old days
Let's start here. These are the days of Mystery Method and Niel Strauss where the main idea was this....
You could be a fat slob, with no prospects, live in your mothers basement and still get the girl of your dreams if only you run an equation like...
Contact+Kino-bitch shield= instasex
This is wrong for so many reasons... for one, funny thing about women, There
fu*&ing people!, not math equations or Rubiks cubes or sexual objects...don't forget this, it will help you...
Now where The Good Old days had it right....
Yes Niel and Mystery did get a few things right... heres a few I've tried and tested that work, and I'll explain why I think they do.
1)Push Pull Method
This is where you push to move physical contact and intimacy further and then back off and cycle this over and over again.
It works because people feel less pressured when your not so well... pushy.
example; I had a girl over we where on my bed making out and thing weren't progressing, I stopped dead and asked if she wanted to go to the kitchen, we did chatted and things got under way afterwards.
2)Kino
This is where you touch a women in varying frequency sets in order to establish that touching is ok.
This works because its gets them use to your touch, and its another means of communication, you'r basically saying "is it ok if I do this?" and they will either do nothing "yes" or pull away "No that is not ok". If they pull away you do not continue "No means No"
New School
This is where my hero of PUA lived Mark Manson, If you ever plan on buying a date book, his literally is the only one you will ever need. He has this crazy idea that if you want better things/people in you'r life..you have to actually become a better person.
Where old school's list of focus
1. Don't change yourself,just change how you look
2. Learn Magic tricks and mind games
3. Sex, actually building relationships is for suckers.
New Schools Focus.
1. Find your passions in life and above all else go after your dreams.
2. Better yourself through study,working out, and dressing better, whatever will improve your value as a person
3. Go out meet cool people, if you make friends or get laid, great..if not you don't get discouraged or throw a tantrum because its not working out how it did in your head.
The idea of new school is that you chase you'r dreams and in process of becoming a better person women,money and confidence will follow.
I'll be continuing on this lesson about a better man and PUA in about two weeks and will go into further detail as to why New School is stronger and more effective, and how you can use the "tricks" of improving yourself to get more quality women in your life.
I'll be sharing my own journey from an old school delusional PUA that got a ton of numbers and no results. To me now,I dress better,work harder and cold approach with a high success rate. I'll also explain why paradoxically I actually don't care if I get laid
and it gets me laid more
.
