You would be living with 2 PUAs and 1 AFC. The house has Verizon Fios high speed internet. An office where you would have a desk for your computer needs. A large kitchen with a dishwasher. A large game room, where we have ping pong and host a weekly poker game. We have a decent sized back yard and plenty of space for parties. And so on, Rent + Utilities is around $550 a month. (Occasional Hookah and such is fine) We would prefer someone who is further along with their game, but we would be willing to nurture someone newer.
