One hour before the date, she sent me a message saying that she wasn't feeling good and thought that it would be better if she stayed home. I got a little bit pissed off (not much, just a small disappointment) and replied with an "ok, hope you get better". She then started to say shit like "i'm so sorry, please dont get mad at me". I don't think she is truly not feeling good, but that is just a speculation. What do you guys think of this situation?

Just don't be butt hurt about it and she'll make it up to you. Brush it off as no big deal, or make a positive spin on it- "i prefer not to be puked on anyway." Or whatever way you can tease her and make her feel good about the situation.
The key to dealing with flakes is to treat them as if they are no big deal. Look at it as if it is one more test to pass- are you going to be butt hurt by things like this? If yes, then she will pick up on it and you won't be getting anywhere with her. If no, then she will think you are very stable and centered and can have other things you can do.
