How do you deal with foreign women who have just moved (anywhere from one month to three yearsish depending on the girl) to America, and have different social norms and stuff.

I don't mean European women (because I think European and American social norms are fairly similar)
I'm talking about Asian women (South-East/South-Asian) because they tend to have more conservative customs, and I don't think if they "date" like Americans date.


For example, there's this gorgeous women (maybe srilankan? Idk) with an amazing accent at my job who I want to ask out, but I don't know exactly how to. I don't think directly asking her out would be the best way to do so, so I would love some advice.

Normally with American women, I'd think she was into me atleast a little (just by a few indicators) but with her being asian she might just be being friendly.
