When you have all the balls you need, what's the next thing you need in order to be good with women? When you have reached the age of 30+ and can approach women in the sleep, so to speak? When you almost find it boring, since they (the girls) don't live up to your high standards, as you expect them to be fun and interesting themselves?

I would say the ability to read people, put yourself in their shoes and simply understand (using your gut feeling) what you need to do next.
