I'll dive right into it. I've been working on solid game since I was roughly 19, I'm 26 now. I've made a lot of women succumb to my nearly perfected game. The woman that do fall head over heels for me I always never end up wanting. It's the girls that have a shield to my charm and wit that always send me through a doozie.

I'm currently in the Army and it seems like all there is to do is either A. Go to the strip club or B. Go to the club. I met a HB7 at the strip club(shes a soldier not a dancer just to be clear) that I approached I just had a regular conversation with her about what her story is. I ended up getting her number. I texted her the next day something along the lines of "I think there's some unwritten rule about waiting a week to contact you, but here I am."

I caught her on facebook once and I asked her what she was up to so late. She told me she was packing for a field exercise coming up. I said I was packing for the same thing and asked if she had any pens I could borrow which was just an excuse to go over there without blatantly asking if I could come over. She said yes, so I went over there. Immediately walking into her room I went straight for the fridge and helped myself to some milk. I chatted with her for about 2 hours that night just about random things, mostly funny. Every once in awhile I would lean in an get close to cause some of her jimmies to be rustled.

I'll try to hurry up with the story. Ended up hanging out the next day, she even paid for dinner which kind of threw me off a little. I paid for the rest of the hangout session though as to not seem like a tight wad.

While talking to her I've been picking up on flaky tendencies. I have been having to work some magic and speak with an insanely polished silver tongue just to get the most remote feedback from her. While we were hanging out she had made it a point to show me her phone of all the dudes that try to holler, one of her questions was "do you have random numbers in your phone that you don't bother to give names too because they are only temporary?" She then showed me her phone with dudes saying "good morning beautiful, hey, hey, hey" I said girls are like that too and showed her a random number of a girl doing the same thing to me on my phone. I also noticed that I had a name in her phone, just my first name but never the less.

So flash forward to today. I was going to take her fishing today and we had made plans to do this about 2 days ago. I got a text from her this morning that says "Hey i dont think ill be able to hang out today. (girl friend) wants to go to the carnival at the mall tonight and its one of the last nights it will be here. Possibly next week?"

I'm kind of stumped here not sure if she's interested in me or if she's still trying to figure me out. How do I proceed, respond?

PS It's probably also important to know that there are a lot of dudes in the army in relation to women so I assume shes constantly getting hit on.

From my analysis she is telling you: "my GF is a little bit more important then you", same as to say "stick to my schedule".
if you wont go to fish, then you did the finishing thing for her, and she will find this out, i'm 100% sure, she will probably ask you about it herself, which will give her strong indication "hard worker","desperate", "no life",
or other scenario choose as you like.
advice: get someone for fishing' better a female companion, and make sure that army girl will finds this out.
