Just to state the obvious to define the difference, polyamory is when all parties know each other and often live together.
Example: A straight guy who lives and sleeps with a bi-sexual lesbian couple or 2 guys who exclusively share their wives with each other. Polyamory is obviously not the same as random swinging or open relationships. Sleeping with girls outside the polyamory is still cheating.

This is an idea I've thought about since my late teens (particularly the lesbian couple idea). Currently pursuing standard multiple NSA relationships but I'm wondering if there are alternatives, since I prefer living with women but don't want to settle for just one to live with.

Basically currently weighing up whether this is a recipe for disaster or if it could work if all parties were open-minded enough and don't care if people judge them for their lifestyle.

It's nearly 2014. Times are changing. Discuss.

I would be more worried about being able to please two women, also double dose of nagging (guess why most guys with gigantic harems in history kept going to war lol) think with your head, if it works for you great but are you sure you could really love two women? Personally i believe i would start gravitating towards one of them sooner or later so, as one night stand sure, as a lifestyle... err not so much.

I'm currently in a kinky poly relationship, it's the shit.

It's not for everyone though. Most "bro" types who buy into the conventional way of going about sex and love are put off by many elements of it. However if you're able to think outside the box on relationships and sex (which I have for a long long time), it's amazing.

Most of my sexual fare is punk rock, burner, metal, bsdm, kink, poly communities. That's where I like to fuck. Crowded danceclubs with tight red-dresses and gucci purses, not so much my fare.

If you guys have any questions on how it works, I'd be happy to answer.
