Well it might just be an ex or someone you had a one night stand with.
For you guys out there who are struggling to maybe get over someone or just have an anger towards girls SPAM and need a little guidance back onto the path of a pua. Well this is the answer!

MAKE A LIST OF ALL THE GIRLS THAT HAVE EVER HURT YOU!

Heres the rules:
1 - try and make it in chronological order you'll then see that no matter what you got through it
2 - include girls who were friends and then lied to you! Girls hate liers if you can see they lie just as much as guys you can then see that fuck it why can't you be the bad guy and get all the girls
WARNING DO NOT OVER USE LIES BECAUSE YOU WILL BECOME A KNOWN LIER AND GIRLS WONT WANT TO KNOW!
3 - use a key. In my bitch list I put 'X' next to the ones I fucked and a 'H' for the ones where it hurt. The 'x' just for lad points and the 'H' helps you realise that not everyone hurts. I mean loosing a friend is different to loosing a sex partner right?
4 - PASSWORD, PASSWORD, PASSWORD! Always put a password, you don't want people thinking your some kind of horrible guy
5 - finally my last tip for making a bitch list is look back over it and see how you have moved on, don't let girls make you a bitter twisted person and a terrible pua embrace the negative and become the guy you once were!
