I haven't watched the video but I support the idea. I try not to jerk off or watch porn. First of all, it kills your sex drive. If you're currently masturbating, stop and see how motivated you become to go out and get girls within a week.

Stopped watching porn several weeks ago, with maybe one or two slips here and there. I have to agree with the overall feeling in this topic, the time you waste watching porn is time you could spend meeting women. Masturbation on the other hand is not something that is going to damage you, but not something you want to make a frequent habit. If you are going to masturbate do it in a relaxed way, not in a quick furious outburst.

As much as I disagree about that porn was invented by feminists as a way to annoy men, I would like to join the discussion. Even though you can discuss the morality and ethics of the pornography industry I dont think being exposed to it as a healthy male without an obsession changes anything. Unless you start spending all of your time surfing for it, it wont damage your game or your mental health.

Good statement, I made the choice, for a couple of reasons;

1. It just gets damn boring, FAST!
2. It keeps your sex-drive levels elevated, increasing the need for you to invest effort to find a real live woman, and is that not the ultimate goal?

Porn affect game, and relationships negatively. I remember my urge to srage was slashed in half every time i had a self session. Now im in a relationship, and porn, is so much more evil.

A question to ask yourself. When watching porn, can you jack off to one girl and one guy, having normal sex. If not, then your losing your scope on reality, and a cut back could be a good call.
