Alright, I guess many people here has experienced going out to date, or trying to pick up you feel shit, and not so moody for whatever reason it is.

I for myself has felt my head is shit, and I can't think clearly for couple of days, and I just feel whatever when socializing. It's feel like I don't care.

What do you guys do to switch from feeling shit to be more happy/comfortable?

Any good tips or advice would be appreciated!
