Hi Guys,

Very quick post today, unlike my usual essays

I've put together these books to read for gaming and lifestyle purposes. I have left out the usual ones that we all know about and instead put a list of some more left field reads that have enhanced my game and mindset greatly.

1. 7 Habits of Highly Effective People - Stephen Covey
This book is a classic in the management world. It's sold millions upon millions of copies and I love it. I love it because it focuses on resetting who you are and what you stand for before the evil world got its nasty grips on you. It doesn't teach you fool proof techniques. Instead it focuses on general principles of living which, when they become part of your character, will lead to success.

2.How to Think Like a Freak - Stephen Levitt
This book is great at helping you see the bigger picture and the world through another set of eyes. Something that is very powerful when it comes to understanding people and their behaviours. A great bit of brain training and a really fun read.

3.Persuasion - James Borg
Again, a management/sales book that can greatly increase your success in every aspect of life by learning was can be persuasive.

4. Benjamin Franklin's Autobiography - Benjamin Franklin
A great example of what you can achieve with a life if you cut out waste and spending time on idleness.

5. An Utterly Impartial History of Britain - John O' Farrell
Why on earth would a history book help you game?
Well, history is all about patterns, we see the same things, in principle, happening over and over again. So it's a great way to look at human nature and for thinking outside the box at all causal agents rather than just the one most obvious one. If you were the sort of kid that asked "why?" ad infinitum then not only are you likely to be clever, this is also the book for you. It's also very very funny.

That's all from me for this post.

Catch you later and do let me know what you think of the books at gypsysmith86@gmail.com
