Frame is everything. There it is. You could go as far as to say frame control is everything, but when you have an incredibly strong frame you are not consciously controlling the frame anymore, you just have this fram and people around you either fall into it or not.

With a strong frame come all the attractive qualities that women look for in a man. High-value, not putting her on a pedestal, congruence, being a MAN.

Having the right frame and keeping it will avoid all sorts of trouble and mental masturbation, plus it will secure a lot of things like keeping you OUT of the friendzone forever.

You've heard phrases like "Don't take her shit" "Don't suck up to her" "Don't seek validation" "Go for what you want" "Don't answer her questions directly" etc. These are all basically saying the same thing. Know your frame and keep it no matter what.

Which frame should you keep? The Man to Woman Frame. This is the frame where you act towards her like a man and she reacts back as a woman. Not as friend to friend, not as "equals", but as a sexual man to a sexual woman. You are interacting on a sexual level, even if that sexual level is beneath the surface, it's definitely there.

This frame is the only frame that will ever get you laid. It is the only frame that will get you laid because it is the natural frame, one that every man can harness if he wishes to do so. What it takes is guts, determination and wanting to get laid in the first place.

When you adopt the Man to Woman frame you screen out any other behavior naturally. Friends? You don't react to her friendly remarks. Bitch boy? You leave. If she does not enter your Man to Woman frame it's not gonna work out.

Congruence comes into play here because girls will test your congruence to that frame. You are displaying these qualities of a Man in a Man to Woman frame, but are you really a Man? Examples: "You're gorgeus so I had to come say hi" "You need to buy me a drink before you can hit on me" "I don't have to do anything before I can hit on you. What's your name?" - shit test passed. You did not fall into her little bitch-boy frame and kept your own frame. Her little test did not knock you over, and even if she doesn't like it and quits talking to you, you are still a Man in her eyes, which is always better than a boy that she continues to talk to because she's got him under her finger.

In this frame you will be doing what YOU want to do. You want to hit on her? Then do so. This frame makes displays the quality of being unapologetic. If you are completely unapologetic, then no matter what her response is to something you said, if you stick to it because that's just who you are, then she will accept it, and if she doesn't she will leave.

This also means that if a woman does NOT accept your sexual Man to Woman frame, you leave her. Since you keep your frame no matter what, she has the option to either join you or leave you, anything else is not an option. Being friends is not an option. Being acquaintances is not an option.
