Well, I am not 20 anymore - 34 actually - and now that I am gaming again, I realize I can't have sex as often as used to. I do exercise and eat healthy (and don't drink alcohol anymore and have never smoked). I don't need to fuck six times in a row (though it would be OK!), but thrice during a night would be swell. (Pun intended).

Barring a rejuvenation technique: What can I do?

I am 53, 2-4 is my norm. But never ashamed of the 1-3 range.

I like to wait about 20 minutes, then start foreplay all over. Usually in a different location (room) or position.

Or even more "experimental." To freshen thing up.

It sounds weird but there's sites out there like this one but about penis enlargement. They take it well seriously and some of the stuff seems a bit much but there are really basic exercises you can do which massively improve sexual performance. I've read comments on there from older guys who reckon they can fuck like 20 year olds

Thanks so far. Do you know the name or even have a link? Searching for "penis enlargement forums" could be rather tedious as anything sex related leads to inflated search results :)
