I need help in a situation with this girl.

There is this girl that

A year as passed since this events and last week I was at a club and she came over and told she really needed to talk with me. She told she was really sorry for everything that happened, and now she wasn't even friends with both of my ex-girlfriends. I said it was okay, that was a long time since everything and that I didn't even care. Then she started saying she thought I was a grown up and intelligent guy and that she really liked talking with me. She said she wanted to meet for coffee as soon as possible to talk about stuff in her life. I asked if was anything wrong with her. She said no, she just wanted to talk with me because she really liked talking to me. She insisted so much in scheduling a meet up she even said she wanted to meet the next day, she would call me and everything. Next day she didn't call, but I texted her saying I liked her attitude, that everything was cool between us from now on, and if she wanted to talk anytime just give me a call. She replied later on telling me to call her to meet up as soon as I had some free time in my schedule. This was 3 days ago. By this time I spoke with two friends of mine that I consider PUA (they have long passed the three digits) and they told it was really obvious she wanted to fuck me.

Yesterday I was arriving home from college and I text her saying that I had some free time after dinner and if she wanted to meet for a coffee. She didn't replied.

Today around lunch time, she texted saying her phone didn't send her response last night and she even wasn't in the neighborhood (she lives near me). She asked if I was around by the time I had texted her. I said yes, I was returning home from college. She didn't text back.

I don't know if she is playing hard to get or if she just lost interest. If she lost interest I don't know what I did wrong (maybe I spooked her with the 'late coffe' text). If she is playing hard to get I can't figure out my next move. What's your opinion?
