I have been confused about how long you should be holding eye contact for a while now...
I have heard this time and time again from multiple gurus or 'MPUAs.'

"Never break eye contact"
"make her look away 1st"
etc...

One day while I was reading one of Kezia Noble (A female PUA)'s books, I came across a part where she was working with a student who was 100% locked onto her eyes, just staring. She immediately stopped him and told him that whichever guru taught him that didn't know what he was talking about!

Apparently there is more to it then just staring. you should glance away occasionally (around every 5 secs), never look down (shows submissiveness), and other rules....

Could someone please explain eye contact further to me? Should you increase eye contact as you escalate? And is it ever appropriate to be staring, even at times that you are close to going for the kiss?

think of it this way. Eye contact is very powerful. It can say alot about a person before they say even one word.

Because it's so powerful, too much of it can be a bad thing. Almost as bad as too little.

Too much eye contact= Dominance/hostility

Too little eye contact= Weakness.

You need to find a happy medium between the two.

Eye contact can transmit feelings, such as excitement, sadness, and most importantly, sexual intent.

As long as you're not staring at a person like you would enjoy nothing more than to eat them like a juicy steak, Eye contact is your friend. A powerful ally.
