Met this HB9 through work. Directly asked her out after 2-3 short conversations. She said yes. Went out to a restaurant for food/drink, spent 3 hrs talking, she was asking me if I'm seeing someone and past relationship and went on to tell about her past, we spoke about everything under the sun. She says we should hang out again tomorrow, probably go shopping. I said sounds like a plan let me know.

We work in the same building, so next day when she's done with work, she asks me if I'm at office. I reply an hour later asking her out for movie. We both are 26.

Both these dates (or whatever you wanna call it) I couldn't kino escalate. I've done the usual high five's, touching her arms, standing close. She doesn't seem to be reacting much to physical contact or initiating them. Other than that she's up for any plans I make.

I definitely want to k-close her by 4th date.

I suggested we watch a movie at my office (which I own); probably get her drunk and go for the kiss. I've done this 3 times before and its worked like a charm.

Do you guys have any other ideas for a date where I can kino-escalate? Or what do you think about the office-movie plan? What could be the reason why she isn't responding to physical contact?

P.S: She's hot, intelligent and rich and gets hit by lots of guys.

Why do you need to get her drunk to kiss her?

I pretty much always go for the kiss at least by the end of the first date and I've done it 10 minutes after meeting a girl. If she's as hot as you say, She's probably done a lot of kissing by her age and a lot of it way before the 4th date. They say the average girl will kiss 70 guys before she gets married.

Be careful pursuing women you work with. I've never liked the idea but, women tend to have built in attraction for guys they work with. She's not responding to physical contact for one of 2 reasons. Shes not that interested in you but she's stringing you a long b/c you are a co-worker, or your physicalness doesn't impress her b/c she can sense you are scared to kiss her. I would think she's got experience with guys who have balls to take control which is most likely what she's in too.
