I've been going out to practice Pickup since 2005. Even though I proceeded compared to where I was before, I have to tell myself "shut the fuck up and go" every time to make me go out. Having been out I feel good even after rejection and wonder why I didn't want to go in the first place.

I want to go out twice a week now. But I prefer another motivation, a positive one. I do daygame.

Ideas?
