Agreed. Be fairly direct and cordial. "Hi, I wanted to meet you. I'm Joey." I think you could also use an opinion opener along with it since you know she'll be receptive to it, that way you don't hit an awkward silence after your opening. Maybe something like "Hi, I wanted to meet you. I'm Joey. And you are? (she says her name) Nice to meet you! (shake hands) So, I've been pondeirng something lately. Can I get your opinion on it? (she says SURE!) My buddy's ex found this shoebox in his closet...."

That way she meets you and instantly realizes you are a guy with something to say and not just some AFC who can barely mutter out a "hello" to the women he meets.

Not always true, it depend on your style, for me that silence is exactly what I want and it never makes me feel akward or nervous, only makes her feel nervous. Nervous leads to a frame of tension and if you go direct at all with it sexual tension, also tend to provide a frame where she is qualifying to you instead of you qualifying to her. Sexual tension + her qualifying to you is a very good combination

Walk over sit down next to her try and get as close as you can and basically just say hi and ask her why she is alone ? after this she will explain or make an excuse up . After this you can start complimenting her looks or what she is wearing and how a pretty girl like her shouldn't be alone and crappy pub/club like this. From their convo will roll on . order your self a drink and her one too and then to be honest close on a number as soon as you feel u can once he have number u know she would fuck you and then u can proceed to flirt and close.

ps if u get stuck on convo at the start lay down the game. Marry one , Murder One , Fuck one And make her choose from randoms at the place your drinking or hanging out .. its fun and its great way to make someone feel comfortable

For the obvious IOI's just move in displaying basic confidence and value, I think it doesn't really matters what you say, because she wanted you to engage a conversation. Do some Kino as soon as you meet her. Push-pull and proceed to get attention.

For the not obvious IOI's, like just watching, I would just throw out a IOI's myself, anything works - pointing, raising drink - just Gambler's moves. I found this to very effective of filtering girls quickly, which are genuinely interested in you. Well, maybe not attention whores, but engaging them gets a lot more experience.
