Guess the result, all 5 of them lost the 15 pounds.
This technique seems apt for those who get hit hard with approach anxiety (or need to diet), there is no more sure fire a way to force yourself to do something than by imposing a significant loss of on ones self if said act is not achieved.
So, the next time you go out with a wing, give them 20$ (£), which you do no get back unless you open 10 sets. A better more locked in method would be, post a picture of yourself on-line (this forum) and commit to posting a picture of yourself with a HB in less than a months time, make the original picture you yourself as shit as possible, to give yourself the push you need to replace it.
Thought this may help some of the less motivated'
Cheers.

People only bring out the best of them under extreme pressure. And then there is the one percent intrinsically driven who always strive for the most optimal result.

I was out sarging the other night, didn't do to bad actually. But I can't tell you how many approachable sets I passed up. I would tell myself they were too young, or possibly with "someone", or the setting wasn't right for an opening move. I had a million excuses I could pull from. And there was nothing to punish me for making up an excuse. I could rationalize it by telling myself that I'll get the next one. However, if I knew that I was taking a $20 hit each time, I'd man up and drop the Apocalypse opener if I had to. _________________ “Nothing is impossible, the word itself says 'I'm possible'!” ~Audrey Hepburn
