I have not tried this, but I have this theory I am going to test next time I go out. Any thoughts would be appreciated. One thing that I learned works great and makes a night out better is high social value. I was once living in europe and knew 200+ people that went to this one night club every monday. I have never been able to meet new girls like I could at this club.

Partly because I had this huge confidence, and also because these girls saw 200 people saying high to me all night. (I'm a mingler)

Fast Forward: I recently moved back to NJ and not only do I know very few people that go out to the bars, but I will never know 200 people in one club at one time. What if I intentionally tried to enter friend zone with guys and girls at one bar a few weeks in a row. No motives, no # goals. Just get to know people, get their names, make some new friends....

In a way I would be making an investment in my social value - and I may accidentally meet a girl since I'll be ignoring their attractions, may make me look cocky as long as I don't come off as a friend-hungry AFC.

Does anyone else do this? I guess we could call it "pond-stocking" since you're setting up a social group in one place. Another idea: this would probably help my ability to approach immensely - not to mention defeating an AMOG.
