I seem to be running in some weird thing with kiss closing lately:

In HOlland, usually when you kiss a girl. You start slowly, but within a couple of minutes, it will turn in a full make out kiss including tongue action. I was always used to these kind of kiss closes.

Since lately I improved my game and I sarge Amsterdam regularly, I have developed a taste for more exotic women. But I notice that some chicks rarely never use the tongue. Especially girls from Africa.

I had two kiss closes with African girsl this summer. They had no problem touching my cock through my pants and another ever did a littlle peep show and slept in my bed... but through multiple kiss sessions no tongue and its getting a little frustrating.

Kissing with tongue is a form of foreplay and so doing it is rather like groping her boobs. If she's ready for it she'll love it.
