OK this is how I do it and I get some succes out of it.My english isn't perfect but I hope you understand.Ask anything and I will try to answer it.

step 1)
make a bunch of profiles
facebook will ban you after to many friend invites.I make about 2 invites every day on my profiles,it's more than enough.

step 2 )
create your profile
When adding pictures and writing something about you,think "what would a cool person do?".Like the Joker says,it's about sending a message.Have a few pics with dogs,kids,friends,a couple of girls and write something respectful about them,it doesn't have to be specific or gay(tom is my best friend!1 I love you tom) but that might work too if it's sarcastic.I like to write just part of the story,makes them wonder.If you have a picture with two friends drinking some beer,write something like "they drank the beer unsuspecting of what would happen next..." or "that was supposed to be the last beer,we where so wrong...". These where some extreme examples,just try to show that you are human and have relationships with others,without writing a whole diary

Step 3)
first contact
If the girl has a bunch of friends,you could first give her some comments or likes,she probably gets a lot of attention and by doing this you increase your chances.Or you could just call her out with something like "I knew you where the king of girls who get a million friend invites,so let me thing of something creative to say..." after a while " nope,got nothing,but still lets chat,at least I tried "

step 4)
getting to know her
for many girls it's scary to meet just a random guy from the internet,so first you have to have a connection.What i usually do is acknowledge her hotness and than continue to talk to her.Girls have more to offer than just that,so I try to find out if it's true for her.Ask questions,listen,find common interests.You can check her likes and the stuff she shared to get a better idea,isn't it magical that the two of you like the same bands?

step 5)
meeting her live
After a while,it could be 1 chat or 2 weeks,depending on a girl,say that you would like to meet her in a real setting,because the internet is shallow and it's very hard to really know people this way.If you made a good first impression and have a connection with her,chances are she will say yes.

FAQ:

What if she isn't single?
Well you have 2 options here.Many times she will talk to you if she's in a relationship ,just because you are a nice person.I than use this chance to make a good impression and leave some nice comments,than later maybe you will use this to talk to her.
You can also ignore her and chat after she broke up.Just act surprised or something that you didn't notice such a beautiful girl in your list and start talking to her.

what if she doesn't respond?
I usually try to talk to her 3 times,after that I just say something highly improbable.Sometimes it works,either way you have nothing to loose,just move on

where to find girls?
You can invite a few friends and look in the friends list,there are bound to be a lot of girls there.You could even invite some guys,so it isn't very suspicious

does this really work?
there are a lot of factors to consider,this is like poker in a way.In my opinion this is the best way to play my hand...Sometimes even if your game is perfect the last card will screw you up.But if you win eventually you will succeed.
