Seems like you need to get your life in order.
Here are a few tips for you.
-Make a planning for yourself each day. Make sure you do everything on the plan each day. Don't overplan the day though. Start yourself off easy with 1-3 things each day that you HAVE to do like for example:
Go shop for fresh food.
Do the dishes.
Read 1 Pick up article.
And after a few days add a few more things
-Go work out atleast 30 minutes a day. Run around the block a few times.
-Buy Good food, No junkfood Red Bull and alcohol. Get yourself tea, Juice Good red meat (No white strips with fat in it) Buy Olive oil to bake it in, much more healthy then butter. Buy veggies and some fruits, This is A less expensive then junk food and B tastes better. Good veggies are Chinese Cabage or Paksoi, Paprika, Cucumber. These are generally pretty cheap. As for fruit Apples kiwi's banana's and oranges are great.
-Friends, I had this one a few months ago, I left my home province and headed for the big city. All my friends are scattered all over europe. I knew this would happen and went to live in a student house with 3 other people. So, I don't have to sit around alone when I have nothing to do. And I found some other PUAs in my area. 2 of wich I see on a regular basis.
-Relationship, I would say she has you by the balls, Let her go, She is depressing you. Find a new one who can hang around you.
-Another one on health, get some Iron pills to back up your normal diet.
-Finance, Well the new food should save you quite a bit.
