Screening should not only be about screening the easy lays but should also include screening out the freaks, drama queens and/or high STD risk girls. You're putting people's health in danger by spreading misinformation.

The primary viruses of concern with sex are: Hepatitis, HIV, HPV, and HSV.
Hepatitis and HIV are transmitted through body fluids. As long as body fluids do not go around the barrier to infectable sites (such as foreskin, or the vagina), HIV and Hepatitis CANNOT be transmitted through intercourse.
I have worked with VERY nasty VERY small diatomic chemicals using latex gloves. Latex is completely impermeable to almost any molecule, including HF (which is small enough to go through your skin and dissolves your bone), even though it may be degraded by it with time. The only thing that can go through latex is certain organic compounds like methyl mercury and some industrial solvents. A latex condom is airtight on a scale of hours. That means it can hold individual gas molecules less than 120 picometers across. PICOMETERS. Even small viruses are hundreds of times larger. There is absolutely no way that a virus can go through an airtight condom. Unless the condom breaks or there is an obvious leak, there will be NO HIV transmission.

HSV (herpes) and HPV (warts) are transmitted primarily through skin to skin contact, and can infect areas not covered by a normal condom. Contact with skin infected by HPV or HSV can cause transmission. However that has nothing to do with condom failure, because condoms don't cover areas outside of the penis. Supposedly (I've never looked), there are special condoms with larger coverage that protect the surrounding areas to prevent HPV/HSV transmission.

If condoms were not effective at preventing the spread of STDs, including HIV, the entire world medical community would not be speaking with one voice on their effectiveness. Show me one reputable doctor or organization that claims that properly used condoms do not prevent the spread of HIV.

I agree entirely with being careful who you sleep with. And I agree that condoms break. It's happened to me.. And it blows because buying STD tests and plan Bs adds up.
I disagreed with your original claim that viruses can percolate through condoms. As long as a condom doesn't break, the only common diseases that can be transmitted through intercourse are HPV/HSV
