order of seduction

I am not totally understanding some parts of the seduction sequence.
It goes:
Prepare
Find
Approach
Attract
Qualify
Rapport
Seduce
Mate

I understand them accept for attract and qualify? What would you be doing in these steps?

Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but my understanding is this:

Attract = Being flirtatious (locking eyes, negging, DHV'ing, getting them to smile in a lot of different ways), and temporarily disqualifying yourself as a potential mate.

Qualify = Qualify yourself as a potential mate with DHV's, and subtly demonstrate that the target is starting to qualify in your eyes as a potential mate.

You may need to de-code it abit, but its set out fairly clear.
