This thread is not about hate against women. I'm happy to say that I've met very special, interesting, funny, beautiful and easy going women in my life. In my views, women are realy of equal value as man. They're unique species which makes life more interesting.

However, unfortunately, girls can also annoy the hell out of me from time to time. Annoyence which doesn't arise from frustration from failure with pick up.

Last night, I had again such moment when my annoyence was triggered again. I was DJing with a friend of mine in a bar. As a dj, you get alot of requests from people. Most of the time, i say, not promising anything, but respectfully "I see what I can do" or "I'll look for it". Guys, if they're not too wasted, act mostly chill like "ok it would be nice if you'd play it but take your time".
I was already playing the girls favorite tracks, people were realy enjoying themselfs on the dancefloor, however, most of the girls who came to me that night, asked me in a flirtatious way an impossible (unknown) request of a very wrong song on a moment it absolutely doesn't go with the current music playing at all. I said, kind of aloof (not baiting in) but respectfully with a smile "ok I'll see what I can do", and they suddenly give you these most destructive, arrogant look and turn their back on you. Even my dj buddy had like a wtf moment. It's like, you don't give them what you want, and they get mad. An other girl came back 6 times because I still didn't play Ricky Martin before 1:30 am.

This kind of behavior makes me thinking.

When I go back to my parents after 3 weeks of college, I have my nice old bed again, my mom makes me the best food. Awesome.
But there are still some jobs to do. My older sister, who also comes back home, is addoring my 2 dogs the whole weekend, snuggling with them. But when the dogs have to be taken out, its me who has to do the job. My sister always becomes furious when she has to go for a walk with the dog since she was 12, becoming difficult. My parents crack easily for her, even my severe, latin-american dad. Thus, she never has to walk with the dogs. She even doesn't get asked anymore. But me, I must do it. When I get mad because of this unfairness, I get the wrath of my parents. And that's not only in the case with the dogs.

My sister is not the only one. A good friend of mine, a good guy who is unfortunate enough to still live with his parents, has a terrible sister. She gets the scooter, the blackberry, everything. She is a spoiled b*tch like you see in movies if I have to believe his stories. She gets away with it and he is the one who has to take all the shit from his parents.

This week I went for a drink with people of my salsa. I had a very tiresome period, so I too tired to come up with a very interesting story. I tried though, tried to asked questions about them and let them talk. The moment you stop saying anything, girls look at you like "are you going to entertain me or not?", and if not, they turn to the guy next to them, ignore you for a while and leave without saying bye. I just needed that conversation trigger to get me going. Fortunatly there was one nice girl who helped me by initiating the conversation and the result was that we had a nice talk. However, that didn't count for the other 3 girls.

An other outgoing girl from the same salsa group, when going out in a group, told me that when she goes out at town, that she goes partying with her friends, and when she finishes partying around 4am, she wakes up her boyfriend who lives in the centre, knockes on his door and goes sleeping there because there is no train or bus who can ride her home in the night. I told her that I won't let my girl get approached and flirt by tens of men only to let her wake me up in the middle of the night to use me for a sleeping place every week. She looked at me like "how dare you talking like that". But how would she feel if I did the same and woke her up drunk every week after partying at 4am?


Again, I'm not saying that all girls are like this. There are nice girls who can act normal, easy going girls with whom you have a great time. Bless them. But I see just too many girls behaving like I described above and, I don't like putting their behavior in perspective all the time and make it look less bad by saying "yeah women are insecure fucked up creatures as well, perhaps even more as men", or "if you're the real man then girls are not going to behave like that". If you're an insecure girl that doesn't mean you become annoying and it doesn't give you an excuse to act annoying. Maybe dutch girls here in holland are like that, maybe girls in your country are nicer, or possibly not. .
It also seems easier to have a hilarious, easy going time with guys than with girls who want to be entertained and who are not entertained and pleased easily.

I also just feel sometimes like guys have such different values and principles than girls that it sometimes clashes.
