I remember after doing some warming up sets telling myself:
"Man i can`t even feel rejection, watch me approach 20000 sets"
And you were just approaching and getting rejected,
and before the HB finishes the sentence "I have a boyfriend" or "No" you were looking for another HB to approach?
I love this feeling man.

I think its very hard to keep this 'on fire' buzz going all the time, totaly worth it when it happens though!

Can only think of one night where I was really on fire and Id got into quite a big fight before leaving to go to town and had so much adrenaline I didnt care what girls said to me, just went into any set just chaffing and got great results! I keep trying to reenact it but havent had a sarging session like it since.. I find and way of creating an adrenaline buzz works. watching a lively sports match or going to the gym or something.. anything to get that buzz!

A buzz feels great, but don't confuse it with success. It's not good if you have to rely on this high to do what you should be doing in any state. Use it to have fun, but it's more important to condition yourself to approach when you're calm. Then you actually have a chance to build rapport.

I did speed dating once as a way to condition myself to open. I was on fire. Smiling and chatting away. The girls did the same and seemed to be into it as well. I thought I did great. Wasn't til a week later when I saw the results of who wanted to meet me again when I realized how socially abrasive I was. Was doing nothing more than getting high.

When I first started (like 2 months ago) my friends and I went to this town fair and there were over a thousand people there and it was very crowded almost everywhere you went. Since we had a lot of AA me and one of my friends asked girls for hugs. (hes 17 and Im 18) We were there for 3 hours and ended up approaching around 100 girls we are assuming since he got 51 hugs and I got ~20 (i didnt keep count) and 2 phone numbers and it felt like we got rejected 30-40% of the time for hugs.
We thought it was fun since we never just approached girls one after another after just saying good bye to the last ones we talked to. We probably could have escalated talking to the girls if we werent such AFCs lol

If it werent for that day I probably wouldnt be learning pickup
