”The greatest danger for most of us is not that our aim is too high and we miss it, but that it is too low and we reach it”

”The strangest secret in the world is that you become what you think about”

”Not having goals is to shoot at a target with a blindfold on. How could you possibly hit a target you even can´t see?”

Action without planning is the number one cause of failure. First you need to learn what to do (get information), then you need to do what you know (put the information into practice). Most people doesn´t even start, and most people stop when they know what to do, because they don´t do what they know. Most important part of doing what you know is to make up the mind to do so. You do things by setting goals and thinking about them all day long.

Our mind has two components; conscious and subconscious. The conscious mind is rational and logical part which takes information from the five senses reasoning and analyzing it. The subconscious is responsible for storing data (memory) and for (habits). The subconscious mind does not think, it works like a computer. All information into your subconscious mind is accepted and assumed to be true.
Ways in which to acces the subconscious mind is during hypnosis, or although much slower, trough repetition. Everything you hear, see, say, read or think repeatedly will eventually filter into your subconscious mind. That´s why people tell you to say to yourself ”I am awesome.”

If you program your subconscious mind with negative suggestions often enough your subconscious will lead right into those thought. Since we become what we think of most of the time, we are unconsciously moving toward the achievment of that thought. An alcoholic thinks of his next drink, what do you think about?

Because of the way your subconscious work you have to focus all your thoughts on what you want to achieve, not what you want to avoid. Do one thing for me please; close your eyes and DO NOT think about sex. You will mentally see sex. You will always move towards what you think about the most, regardless of whether it´s positive or negative. ”The more you dwell on what you don´t want, the more of it you create.”

Examples of negative thoughts: ”I´ll never see my abs”, ”I´ll never fuck a girl for more than 10 minutes”, ”I can´t become multiorgasmic”

All day you carry on a mental conversation with yourself. Have you ever thought of how many thoughts you have during a day? ”Which song to play on spotify now?” ”What should I eat today?” ”I have to pee.” Have you ever read an advertisement? If you an advertiser can influence your subconscious mind to make a buying decision by repeating advertisements, just imagine how you can influence your subconscious mind! Take control over your mental dialogue and program your brain with positive thoughts.

If you want to master something in life you need to master communication with yourself. You must take charge of your self-talk, guide your thinking and re-program your brain for sucess. It will take time to erase the old programming, but hell it´s worth it. Here´s how you do it:

Become conscious of what you are thinking. Become aware of your thoughts. Next time you catch yourself in a negative thought say ”NEXT” (inside lol) and replace it with a positive thought. NEVER say ”I can´t.” Replace ”I´ll never see my abs” with ”If I start to train ill get leaner every day.” Replace ”I´ll never fuck a girl for more than 10 minutes” with ”With work my ejaculation is getting delayed every time.” Replace ”I can´t become multiorgasmic” with ”I can do it.” To put it briefly: Change your negative statements into positive statements.

SPECIFIC GOALS. During new-years-eve most people have goals for the oncoming year. ”I want to lose weight.” ”I want to build muscle.” ”Im going to get a girlfriend.” It´s a good start, but it´s not enough for most people. 90% will start to train in january and if you ask them two months later they are ”back to normal.” Specific goals have a more powerful impact on your subconscious than general goals. Narrow it down. Be specific. ”How many pounds do you want to lose?” ”What would you like to look like when adding muscle?” ”When do you want to get a girlfriend?”

MEASURABLE GOALS. If you would like to lose weight or add muscle the mirror is a useful tool. The only thing that matters is that you´re happy with the way you look. You will be happier with the way you look every week if you train continuously.

BIG GOALS. Nothing great was ever achieved by being realistic. Most people get scared when setting goals and ask only for what they think they can get, not what they really want. Realistic goals are not motivating. Wants are motivating. Your goal should scare you a little. Your goal should be scary and exciting at the same time. The starting point of a new-self-image and lasting changes is to imagine, to dream, to fantasize about how you would like your life to be. There are genetic limitations to what you can achieve but most people never come clos to actualizing their full potential. When people hear this they don´t even try. They go back into their comfort zone. Don´t do this.

REALISTIC DEADLINES. There are no unrealistic goals, only unrealistic deadlines. With patience comes results.

LONG-TERM AND SHORT-TERM GOALS. All people have goals in their life. When they reach goals they get happy. Do you like to be happy? Think about what you want specifically, make a list. Your list should include long-term and short-term goals.
Set a long-term goal; your ultimate outcome. Let your imagination run wild and dare to dream. If you really want it badly and you´re willing to work for it, then go ahead and set the goal. Mine is to look really good (body-wise), nail my exams and become a sex-god. To be able to achieve long-term goals you need to develop daily habits (reduce intake of suger, drink more water, frequent meals, work everyday, delay ejaculation when mastrubating etc).

There will always be people stronger, more genetically gifted, better in bed. Comparing yourself to others will make you unhappy and unsatisfied no matter how much you achieve. Set goals to become better than you used to be, not better than someone else.

EMOTIONAL REASONS. Why do you want to become a sex-god? Why do you want to look muscular? Determining the reason you want to acheive a goal adds emotion to it. The more emotion you stir up, the more motivated you´ll be to go after it. My motivation to become a sex-god is to experience girls orgasms. It makes me happy. My motivation to look muscular is to feel good about myself and get confidence. I want to be attractive to the opposite sex. It makes me happy. The moment you get emotionally involved with your goal it instantly beings to move into physical form (behavior).

Im honest here. After discovering the power of goals I feel I can become anything. I removed my PE with goals. I passed all my exams excellenty with goals. Everything is possible.

Start today.

Thanks for sharing! I like the way you structure measures to take (hit the gym) with goals in life (like my body/be more successful with women...). I think that's an important link that is missing in many cases.

About that positive thinking thing: There is a saying related to surfing: "Where you look is where you go" (so don't stare at your toes...) the meaning of this sentence beyond sports really hit me like a hammer and inspired me a lot. Thanks to the willis brothers!

No, I am not. To busy with studies. I get my ideas mostly from this forum and other forums alike.

Repetition is good. That´s how you learn things.
