When i game girls and i get positive body language and IOIs very soon...i have never really passed the touching arm as i talk/holding their forarm/arm/whatever as i'm making a point. And i just realized that even with obvious physical attraction i don't really up the kino esculation. I'm usually so concentrated on how to run the conversation and put her in a positive state by making her laugh.

You escalate kino roughly as fast as you can get away with it. If she'll let you body-hug her off the get-go, you body hug her. Then you push her away when you reach a neg-hook. Then you pull her back and escalate a little further.

Every time you touch her (and you should be touching her often), make it a little more personal, a little more intense. EVERY time.

In order:
Hand on shoulder.
Hand on back.
Slight body-check, or touch her belly.
Hugs (side, full-body, back-hug, whatever).
Touch her face or near it.
Kiss her.
Go back to body-checking (push-pull) and re-meet friends.
At C-2, comfortable prolonged kino; cuddling is best.
At C-3 foreplay and sexual intercourse.

first chance you can, go into every set with the mindset of "it's on" between you and her... she may just let you start making out with her and bang her out in the parking lot for all you know, if you don't push the envelope she's not going too.... once you can tell you've gone too far then you take the two steps back and use the whole push-pull technique on her...
