As far as partners are concerned...yes, it's mental. However, just by personal experience, I can't account for the full 100% statistic. Whatever the percentage, it's close enough to 100. You can be "perfect," but if there is something blocking a woman's mind in bed from letting go... orgasm is out of the question.

i disagree zip.. even if you just watched the donkey show in TJ and are totally traumatized... you have to admit that if a guy really knows what he's doing and does the right thing he can unblock that mental "O"-blocker

You're right, if he can unblock it...of course. I'm just saying that he has to unblock it if it's there. The unblocking has to do with some mental change in accordance with physical.... not just pumping harder. Do you understand what I'm saying?

AAhhh, and there's the kicker. That's where 90% (or more) of the men get lost.

While some women get off easily the way it's done in porns, not all do.

Shade definitely says that its in most part a mental thing, but at no point does he say that it's 100% mental, that's merely your interpretation of the material. I'm a HUGE David Shade fan and I bought everything he has, aside from How to Give Women Mindblowing Orgams, because I can do that well enough as it is, so I'll get that one down the road when I have more people to practice it on.

The guy's stuff is a cornerstone in my game and I totally believe that he can do what he says and tell a woman to cum and she will, or keep her orgasming for 2 hours straight. That doesn't mean that it's all mental though. NOTHING is EVER 100%

Being a big fan of his, I suggest you reread his book, because you are 100% wrong.
