Ok being happy all the time is BS , we are humans and the more you try to force it the more pressure it becomes on you.
Honestly there is no solution to ccpe with human emotions you basically accept it as it is and know for certain in the future you will feel better.
Be decisive and patient and you will get there. Embrace the feeling and if you want to drop some tears drop it if you want to smile and be a dick go ahead just remember in the end you see the world through your eyes only.
