What about we look outside the box maybe 'Skills' rather than trying to box it into -

"Natural or Structured"

Why must it fall into one of those two catagories?

Skills -

An ability and capacity acquired through deliberate, systematic, and sustained effort to smoothly and adaptively carryout complex activities or job functions involving ideas (cognitive skills), things (technical skills), and/or people (interpersonal skills). See also competence.

I would interpritate the words 'natural game' -
Naturally sexually open, find it easy to talk to, and attract to the opposite sex.

-A natural.

And structured speaks for its self.[/quote]
