This is some great advice, and is something I really struggled with in my early days. I would just suggest that anyone attempting this:

1. Do TONS of warmup with other women. Get your head right, soldier!
2. Read this material at least seven times. While you certainly don't want to recite lines, you want a template to run with, especially when you're new. Otherwise you run this risk of being guy A and guy B all within five minutes. Women find this about as attractive as a man with a tail.
3. Make sure your breath is fresh! Dammit, I can't believe no one has stated this. It's so obvious, but if you just ate or have been drinking, being that close and having bad breath will kill your chances of being elected as the next man to spend a night at her place. To ensure you remember, plant a neg somewhere up front where you offer her gum/a mint.
