I used to live with 3 other pickup artists and it works just fine, you jsut need to lay down ground rules like he who opens the set owns the set etc other than that the only problem we found was things got crazy fast. At one point there was a steady stream of women coming and going and we started talking about swapping women etc that sorta thing is unsustainable but yeah just lay down rules and don't let things get too crazy and you'll be fine
