I'm not sure if the purpose of the post is what its turning out to be. Anyways, from my prospective, I got better with anything just by observing others, getting some insights from them and then Trying it out myself over and over again. The better I got the more confident I became in executing the 'task'. Also whenever I took on a new task that at first seemed difficult, I drew inspiration from my previous successes and followed the same method of observing, getting basic insights and then doing it over and over again.

Well, going out doing what. The answer is not simple like all out sarge or practice bodylanguage.

In my humble opinion, you should go out and do a bit of everything. Pushing your limits where you find a weakness and expose yourself to different situations. Thats what makes you grow.
