In baseball this would be a home run. Or at least the perfect pitch before the home run. Even if she is joking it shows she is comfortable with you enough to joke sexually. Which means some part of it wasnt just a joke. I see what your worries are. It could be a shit test. I think it would be worth the risk of finding out. If she says she was kidding i would just build off of the joke. Like some of the other posters recommended. I little cocky funny would work well since thats kinda what she would be doing to you if it was a joke. You might even go with the "Im not that easy line" but it all depends on her personality and how well you read her intent. If she seems serious then id go for it.
