There are many reasons for a girl thinking she is ugly:

Some are bottomless pits like Gruuve said
Some have been told by an authoritative figure, at an early age, that they will never be good enough for a man etc.
Some girls are testing you
Some girls just want to hear that they are beautiful... Seriously, she spent 3 hours getting ready and might just need a compliment.

Sometimes you can give a girl physical compliment, sometimes you can't... it's a calibration thing.


If she is fishing for a compliment while at the same time knowing exactly how many guys are staring at her ass... call her out on it by saying exactly that.

This is perfect to escalate physically, build confort, control the frame that youre the prize and shes trying to impress you and everything else.

KristallNachte, I really can't agree with what you're saying. You're trying to make me believe that no girl in this entire world thinks she's attractive at a logical level.

Oh well in that case it was just a misunderstanding, I agree with you. I thought you were saying that there is this psychological thing going on in every woman that ultimately makes them feel unattractive. I blame it on the fact that I'm French.

eh, it caused by the fact that when younger, and even up a certain age, they're basically bombarded by how a girl SHOULD look and they never live up to that.

Women can be fucking fragile, that's why so many people in the community have ethical problems with negging.

I tottaly disagree with V1V, yes it may be a test, but you can't chance it, responding negatively or un-asuringly when she has voiced her insecurities is a sure fire way to ruin her self esteem for the next couple of months.

One neg to HS girl can leave her fussing over it for the rest of the term. You would not believe how few women think they are attractive, maybe you haven't gotten them ot open yet, if it's not apparent at first, some deep soul searching can un-cover some dark fears.

As an alpha you have to recognise that others may not be as strong as you, yes their are women who are confident, but just like men, possibly more so, their are plenty of them who on the outside look confident but inside are worrying endlessly about themselves.

A good way to put it is...

"Why do you think she spent 3 hours on her appearance...?"

You could avoid it all and just not ever call girls pretty or cute.
